Controller and contact
The name, address, and contact details of the data controller are still to be confirmed. A data protection officer must also be listed here if applicable.
Forms and PDF downloads
Form entries and chat history are held in the open page’s memory during use and are lost when you reload it. To generate a PDF, the current form values are sent to this application’s server and inserted into the file. The application does not create a permanent store of completed forms. Server logs and their retention periods require separate review.
Chat and speech recognition
When you send a message, the application sends your message, up to 20 previous messages, and current form values to OpenAI. Voice recordings are sent through the application server to OpenAI for transcription. Chat requests disable storage as retrievable chat responses; this does not mean that the provider keeps no logs. The contracting entity, processing locations, retention periods, and any international transfers still need to be confirmed.
Optional file extraction
When you choose Extract details, the selected image, PDF or text file is sent through this application’s server to OpenAI to propose entries for the selected form. Files are processed in memory; the application creates no permanent upload archive. The request disables storage as a retrievable model response, but this is not a guarantee about provider logs or retention. You can correct or discard suggestions before applying them. Closing the panel clears its local file selection and proposals; it cannot retract data already sent to the provider.
Browser storage
A message entered on the home page is temporarily stored in session storage during the transition to the workspace and removed when read there. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Toggling the sidebar sets a cookie named sidebar_state with a seven-day lifetime.
Website access and hosting
Accessing the website transmits connection data, including your IP address, to the server infrastructure. The hosting provider, any other recipients, logging arrangements, and deletion periods still need to be added. The application reviewed here does not include analytics or advertising tracking; the final hosting environment must be checked before publication.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing supports website delivery, form preparation, PDF export, and optional chat, speech recognition and file extraction. The applicable legal basis, whether information is required, any legitimate interests, and any consent and withdrawal process must be established for the actual service.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can withdraw consent for future processing. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Direct contact details for the controller still need to be added.
